Mathematics

Our mathematics curriculum is designed to help our pupils become confident and skilled in the key areas of the National Curriculum: fluency, problem solving, and reasoning. Through a concrete, pictorial, and abstract approach, our pupils learn new skills while reinforcing those learned in previous years. They develop a strong understanding of mathematical vocabulary, using it to explain their reasoning both verbally and in writing.
