Our Enrichment Entitlement

At Colmore Junior School, we believe that enrichment is an entitlement for every child.

We want every pupil to enjoy a broad range of meaningful experiences beyond and alongside the taught curriculum. Our enrichment offer is designed to broaden horizons, develop talents and interests, build confidence and character, strengthen a sense of belonging and help children prepare for life beyond primary school.

We carefully plan opportunities so that every child can experience activities they may not otherwise have the chance to access. We also work to identify and remove barriers to participation, ensuring that our enrichment offer is accessible and inclusive.

We run a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities before and after school and during lunchtimes to ensure there is something to cater for all interests.   Some clubs are run by Colmore Junior School staff and some by external providers.
